Dave McCabe has held CIO and CEO roles within substantial organisations during his 20 years in business, and has built M&A and investment portfolios within the Healthcare, Logistics, Data and Real Estate sectors with a value in excess of £3bn. He has an extensive track record involving Pension Fund investment structuring, incorporating Real Estate Development of multi top-tier Asset Classes with Aviva and PGIM. Dave will play a significant role in ensuring the success of the strategic business plan for SoCare Charitable Trust via the Social Ethical Mandate, delivering Social Innovation into the Social Care, Social Housing and Specialist Educational arenas, working closely with CBRE & BNP Paribas who act as investment & valuation advisors.

Paul Cleary

Paul Cleary is a Partner in T3 Capital Partners. Paul is a versatile professional with a rich background in Telecoms, IT, Insurance, and Mergers & Acquisitions. With nearly 2 decades of experience, he has excelled in optimising telecom networks, leading IT transformations, managing insurance risk and policy development, and successfully orchestrating high-profile M&A deals. Known for his strategic vision and ability to drive growth and efficiency, Paul brings a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to our team.

James Sandford

James Sandford, a former international rugby player and Partner at T3 Capital Partners, specialises in Mergers & Acquisitions within the healthcare, technology and sports sectors. With a background in major digital and operational transformation projects, at T3, he leads strategic engagements that drive significant commercial and humanitarian outcomes for the portfolios. Complementing his professional endeavours, James is a Trustee and Chairperson of a leading UK charitable foundation and actively contributes to projects that blend arts, culture, and sport to effect positive societal change, showcasing his dual commitment to business innovation and community enrichment.
